Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary: LG | MCFC Smart TV Competition is free to enter to all Manchester City Facebook followers.
2. Terms: By entering your details on the MCFC Facebook application tab, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3. Conditions of entry: You must enter all details as requested. Multiple entries (Name and/or email) will not be counted.
4. Entry requirements: LG | MCFC Smart TV Competition is only open to UK residents at the time the prizes are awarded. Employees of the Promoter, LG Electronics UK LTD, or of companies involved in the creation of the Random Prize Draw are not entitled to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to entry. Proof of parental consent (a signed letter from a parent or guardian) will be required before any prize is distributed to anyone under the age of 18. Any employees of LG Electronics and its direct affiliates are not permitted to enter the competition.
5. Closing Date: The closing date for LG | MCFC Smart TV Competition ends at 14:00 on Friday 29th November 2013. Entries received after that date will not be entered into the Random Prize Draw.
6. LG | MCFC Smart TV Competition Prize: There are two prizes to be won which will be awarded to the first name digitally picked at random from the entries. The winner will be awarded 2x 42LA740V Smart TV’s. The winner must provide 2 names and 2 delivery addresses for each of the TV’s. However, if that product is not available then the Promoter will provide another LG product (chosen at its sole discretion) to an approximately equivalent value.
7. Notification: The Promoter will endeavour to inform the prize-winner within 10 days of the winner being picked. The winner will be contacted via email and must supply their telephone number and full address in order to arrange delivery of the prize. The prize-winner’s name and general location will be posted on the Website and/or Facebook. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days that winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter may at its sole discretion randomly draw another winner.
8. Disqualification: If the Promoter believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions then the Promoter will, at its sole discretion, be entitled to withhold the prize and randomly draw another winner.
9. No exchange: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. However, as stated above, prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time.


10. No correspondence: All decisions regarding the winners and prizes are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.
11. Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the Random Prize Draw.
12. Amendment/cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or to amend, suspend or cancel the Random Prize Draw at any time and without prior notice.
13. Governing law: The Prize Draw is governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. The Promoter is LG Electronics UK Limited, Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX.
