Moved back from oz and have a letter from MBNA

Hi, I have moved back from oz and have a letter from MBNA to complete re claiming PPI.
I still have the account but after moving to other side of world and back again cannot find my original agreement so not sure when I took it out. If I ring MBNA will they tell me or do I have to do a SAR???

I would just call them. I recently SAR'd barclaycard & they sent my letter back with the tenner and gave me the dates of PPI for free.0
