Late check in at Travelodge

Is there a problem (other than with overbooking) about arriving at a Travelodge between 11pm and midnight? I can't get there until that time and don't want to find I'm locked out when I arrive. They don't mention anything on the website about time limits on arrivals.

Thanks for feedback.
Nice to save.

I don't think there is a problem. I've arrived late loads of times.

There is a 24 hour reception and payment is either taken when you book or on the day you arrive. In the past I think Travelodge had a bit on their website where you could specify an estimateed time of arrival but this has disappeared. You could email Travelodge or call the lodge you're staying at for peace of mind.

I was worried about this last month when we stayed at 4 different Travelodges arriving late at all of them. I just called during the afternoon to let them know and it was fine.

I have arrived late at travelodges and not had a problem..BUT I have called them on the day to let then know and they have then asked me which floor and allocated my room there and then.

I would definitely not turn up late without letting them know as per the article above
