Barclaycard PPI Claim

After nearly 2 years I received a preprinted letter from Barclaycard with a cheque for £1925.00 - which I subsequently paid into my bank. My statement for last month showed that approx £1,300 had been deducted from the outstanding balance as well. Making what I thought to be a total of £2,225 PPI repayment to me. With this in mind, I had a bit of a spree this month, nothing excessive but spent about £250 more than I normally would have. I have received this months Statement and the balance outstanding shocked me. One item just has a number 1991 as an item reference and the amount of £1,991.00 - no explanation nothing? Could this be an error - or did they make a mistake on the balance of my last statement and give me the impression I was better off than I thought? Any advice greatly appreciated.

If you ever see any transaction you don't recognise on your credit card account, contact the credit card company immediately0 -
When Barclays pay out your PPI then credit your account then deduct so they have another copy for there records. if the numbers dont add up give them a ring.0
