    Hi Forumites.
    Have spoken to others - this is obviously a major problem with Tesco. Customer Services said they had set up a special team to phone all customers who had ordered & that they would call in 24 hours - they didn't! Email now sent to Philip Clarke CEO - will keep you informed of progress. Thanks to all who have replied.

    I ordered a 42 inch tv to be delivered to store, confirmation said 42 inch, despatch email said 23 inch. Have just had a phone call confirming I WILL be receiving the 42 inch tv, at the price I paid originally. £139 :)

    It seems the key element is IF you recieved a despatch email. If you did a contract was formed between you and Tesco. If you received a cancellation email and no despatch email, unfortunately you don't have a leg to stand on from what I can tell.
