Parking Eye - Can't find a case from my current position

Apologies for the millionth thread on this topic, however, I cannot quite seem to find matching advice for my position in this trail.
Got a letter way back in March for parking at a shopping centre while parking in my company car. Exceeded by 20-30mins a 3 limit according to the letter.
I'm not sure who was driving as my wife is insured to drive the company car too.
I've ignored previous letters on this, now had a warning of pending legal case to my company.
Do I stick to ignore - doubt I can from what I've read - but what is strategically the best step to take. I have a day or so to respond according to their deadlines.
Humbly apologise if this is covered in one of the plethora of cases below, I've read many but cannot find a company car example and the implications of this or what to do having ignored this long.
Best wishes,
Horatio.

Your situtation is not unique - plenty of threads on forum with company cars.
I am assuming therefore that your company as registered keeper has received the letters?
Information on what to do regarding company cars can be found on this thread by coupon mad under that section

Choose whichever of you is most forum-savvy (you) and get your company to do what they should have done in the first place. They should have simply given the name and address of the driver which gets them zero liability under POFA 2012. Right now they have left themselves open to court.
The company should write a letter like the one devised by zzzLazyDaisy in ordinaryJoe's thread.
Then the driver will be sent their own PCN and can appeal as per the linked thread above. We know how to win at POPLA stage appeal so stick around!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
