You have a minimum of 7 working days starting the day after delivery to cancel.

Yes. The DSR's only apply to contracts concluded at a distance. If you pay in the shop the contract was not concluded at a distance, even if the item you bought wasn't available in the shop when you paid and they put it on order.0 -
No minimum is right, if you are informed of your DSR rights you have up to seven working days but if you are not informed you then get three months and seven days making seven the minimum not maximum.
That was not explained, The OP is clearly a novice with regards to her rights. If she was informed of her DSR rights she has a maximum of 7 days and not a minimum. That's if the DSR are applicable at all.
Also she has been told that the DSR are unconditional but nobody has told her the seller could pursue her for costs/losses due to the item being returned in a used condition.
More info is needed from the OP.0 -
None of that changes the fact that there is a minimum not maximum of seven days in which to cancel. Seven working days can't be the maximum as it is the absolute minimum allowed by law which get extended in some circumstances.0
