It must be costing you a fortune to go on the internet to get on this forum from over there. So save your pennies and just enjoy your time there
What time is it there anyway??

Got another 2 weeks left in Peru, just want to make sure I land on my feet when I get back as I plan to return here asap soon as I´m fluent in Spanish.

Only cost 1sole per hour about which is about 20p,

6.15pm here we are 5 hours behind.

    Cheers

How do you folks assume people go away travelling? Have a garaunteed job for months down the line when they return with a chock-full bank acount?? Or perhaps they are millionaires?

What my son did was to work and save several thousands before he back packed.

Ive done this on less than 2 grand for your information.

The air fares are one of the biggest expenses when backpacking, but you haven't been able to go to the places you wanted to see and you are coming home broke. If you go again, save more money for your trip.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Seems a waste to go all that way & not do macchu picu.

It seems you haven't saved enough if you're cutting stuff back before hand!

I claimed jsa for about 4-5 weeks when I got back from travelling then I found a job.

And yes people do save lots before going away, I saved for 3 years & it cost me around £15k. My husband had arranged to go back to his job & my job was also open for me - I just didn't want to go back there.
