Firefox and Forums?

I use Firefox 8 as my default browser but this morning I am having problems accessing the forums from there, (I am posting this on IE).

I have accessed other websites and my emails are OK, I have accessed other pages on MSE but when I click on Forums I get a blank page and "no site configured at this address".

Any idaes what the problem is and how to fix it?

I don't know if it's the problem, but you're using an old version of Firefox. I'm currently posting this using Firefox 25.0 without problems.

    Are you it's version 8?
The current one is version 25 so you need to update it.

That may also cure the problem.

My mistake, should have been IE8, I am on FF 25, have been since the update.

All seems OK when I have logged on today,it appears to have cleared itself.

As above, I am on FF 25. Just checked for updates and it says " Firefox is up to date", so don't know re FF v26.

No they weren't, 26.0 is correct, if using the 'beta update channel'

Get Aurora on the alpha channel. Version 27.
