i just got a beko 8kg for £229 from appliances online with quidco too -best thing i ever bought :D

I got that too, revolutionised my life, beforehand it was taking 2 and half hours to dry one load of washing now whole load done in less than an hour!

I have this tumble drier from argos.

I have had it for 3 years and have had no problems. It does an average washing load in 1 hours (although I do have a very fast spin on my washing machine).

    I would happily buy again.

I've got this beko one x been great so far. Dries great and when it starts to leave clothes slightly damp I find that means the condenser just needs rinsing out x http://www.very.co.uk/beko-dcu7230w-7kg-load-sensor-condenser-dryer-white/928825821.prd?_requestid=984842
  • We have decided to go a bit more MSE as there are only two of us, and have fitted a retractable washing line and gotten a bunch of radiator airers...if that doesn't work I'll be taking all the advice given here :D

    Thank you everyone!

If you have a balcony or garden you may be able to manage with a washing line or airer. I find that in a flat with no garden or access to an outdoor area I need a tumble-drier if I don't want the place to have damp washing permanently hanging up. Bulky things like towels and bedding are the most difficult to air-dry.
