I received this email today:
Reference: Parking Charge Notice - *******/********
Dear Sir / Madam,
We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on ** October 2013 at ******, at ****************** car park.
We can confirm that this Charge has been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due on this account.
Kind Regards,
ParkingEye Team
So to everyone starting out on the journey to get their "parking charge" cancelled I say stay positive, listen to the advice and do as advised ... it works!
