Anyone bought a Ben Bailey home, are they worth the extra premium price?

Hi guys, after 4 years renting, my wife and I finally have enough for a deposit to buy using the help to buy scheme.
We are in the early stages of looking, and at the weekend we went to see ben bailey homes who are building locally to us. We viewed the 3 bed semi show home, and it is just what we are looking for.
Although they seem to market themselves as providng high spec homes, the price to me still seems very high for what it is.
The house is currently being built for march completion, and even though they claim its only been released to market a few days, ive already managed to get them to agree a £5k price reduction without acting too interested.
Basically what are peoples views on ben bailey and the seemingly high prices?

you need to check if help to buy will allow the reductionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Despite the premium in price, old build quality misdemeanors still persist.
I wouldn't buy from them.0
