there are multiple purposes of the share issue which would make sense. it's likely to benefit both existing shareholders and the management company.
the issue may have made the premium lower than it would have been otherwise. but there are other factors affecting the share price at the same time, so it's hard to tell.
in the longer term, keeping on issuing shares is likely to keep the premium lower, even if 1 can't predict how much lower.0 -
