I sold a pair of leather boots and the seller has now opened a case against me as the boots are not leather lined. The uppers are leather as described there was no mention of the lining. I have already offered to refund but she opened a case. What is the best action. I have been given 3 options Full refund Partial refund…

I believe that only the buyer can close the case. After 30 days (I think) the case will close automatically without any effect on your account. DO NOT escalate the case yourself. You will almost certainly lose.
