Depending on numbers and (ahem) culinary skill, you may want to make space in the freezer or select a specific Bit of Bird. (I'm a *dreadful* cook - one year I bought turkey slices from the deli counter & the sighs of relief were a delight to the ear.)
I picked one up from Morrisons. You have to be a bit careful with the sizing as the range for the small and medium is quite wide. The largest one I could get in small (£18) was 4.57 kilos. The biggest one available in medium (£24) was 4.87 kilos. So I could have paid an extra £6 for .3 of a kilo.
Anyway, thanks very much for posting about this. I now have my turkey ensconced in the freezer (they take up quite a bit of room btw, had to take the basket out). :T:T0
