Dash parking services

Hope all is well
Can anyone please advise me? I've been using the dash parking services via my mobile instead of the tempramental parking machines at my NCP tube car park. They used to charge me an extra 10p service charge to do this but the last few times they have been charging me an extra 20p. I checked the website and the additional 10p is apparently for a text reminder of when my parking expires. Strange as Dash have not text me since the 29th October. I just phoned their customer services and asked for a refund for the money I've paid out but not had texts (it may only be 10p a time but its the principle in my eyes!) and was told they cannot refund me, because they don't have any means of doing so, is this legal?! It seems a bit off to me as I can prove I've not had any texts from them and I doubt they can prove they've sent any!

Not legal. Put it in writing and threaten to report them to the Financial Service Ombudsman if they do not refund you and sort this out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
