  • Yeah, they should at least provide you options. I believe there is a rule for that which is to render work for a few days (min. 15 days) after the notice has been filed. It would be unfair to just kick you out of the company without any compensation whatsoever, it's still their responsibility.

    Thank you to all replies,with this subject,I do have a meeting,next week with hr personnel,but since leaving hospital last week,been advised to have 2-3 weeks,due to me stopping getting infection.
    So if the employer wishes,the meeting will have to be held in my absence.
