Victim Support Sponsored 80 foot Abseil off a Bridge!!!

Hi I work for Victim Support West Midlands, and I am doing a sponsored event to support them.

I am doing a sponsored 80 foot abseil off a (disused) viaduct THIS SUNDAY, I realise this is short notice, but have only just discovered the page, and I'm sure you can donate after the event if necessary!

I have so far raised approx £150.00-£180.00 already, but am looking to increase this to the £250.00 mark. I am also doing half a day's caving in Britain's deepest cave.
Not sure which is going to be most challenging...probably the abseil as although I've abseiled before, never from such a height and never without a wall to bounce against!!! However, plenty of people after watching certain scary horror films are saying that the scariest for them would be caving....I'll let you know after.
