DLA, medical by same Dr that declined last application

I applied for DLA and Mobility last year and was declined, largley due to a medical by their doctor. I appealed on the grounds that the Dr did not do many tests on me, just asked me to touch my toes and raise my arms. I can do both of these but struggle walking, opening cans, holding bags, lifting objects etc. My appeal was declind, anyway, after reading on here how many people apply again and get accepted i decided to apply again. They have now asked me for another medical, I am pretty sure it is with the same Dr who I feel did not examine me properly. Can I ask for a different Dr?

You can ask for a different Doctor and given the circumstances they may agree to this.0
