Help needed in finding company registration

I put a post on here a couple of weeks back warning people about a company called Clearwater Kitchens based in Coatbridge. The problem i have is still in relation to this company. I cannot find a registered company number for them. I have trawled through their web page, trawled through companies house and looked at the paperwork i have for them and none of them list the number. This company owes an elderly family member £3000.00 and i am fighting to get this back but before taking this to my Solicitor i wanted to be armed with all relevant information to raise a case. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

They have a Gas Safe logo on their website. You can trace that using the postcode on their website. Comes up with Clearwater Energy Limited. Company No. SC416858

Fingers in many pies.The Company Check website in good for digging.

I can't help with the reg no. but the guy that regd the web site address is Allan McMillan

This is their registered address.

and this is Mr McMillan's home address

28 Gilchrist Way, Wishaw, Lanarkshire, ML2 8JX

The company was formed in Feb 2012 and has not submitted accounts yet.

He is also a director of Clearwater Group Scotland Limited among others

Clearwater Bathrooms Limited is company SC262327

Mr McMillan is a director of it too. It has traded for some years but appears to have most of its working capital removed in 2012.

Clearwater Kitchens and bathrooms appears to be a non-limited entity run by Mr McMillan and operating from

UNIT 8B PALACECRAIG STREET
COATBRIDGE LANARKSHIRE
