But yeah. I got so angry at NPower one day. They had been double charging us after we moved addresses (yes, we called them and informed them of the move, they had all the final and opening meter readings) and then something about our account broke the system and they couldn't seem to stop charging us.

Last straw was the day I called up, and without even asking why I was calling, the woman tells me that we are not allowed to have two names on one account and that she will have to take my SOs name off the account. I said I would not agree to that and I'd hang up if she tried it.

Within a couple of hours, NPower were no longer our supplier.

And the money they owed us suspiciously went from £800 to £40 once they "sorted it out" 6 months later. (this was 10 months after our move)
