Screwfix phoned me one Monday morning to ask if I'd placed an order over the weekend. I hadn't and they said they thought the transaction was fraudulent. I then discovered that a laptop had been purchased with my debit card details also. So, thanks to Screwfix I stopped that, cancelled my card and the fraudster got nothing!!
I thought that was very efficient of them.0 -

I found Toolstation (www.toolstation.com) to be even better value. They are owned by the people that formed Screwfix before they sold it to B&Q. I think Screwfix have gone downhill since they were sold so these guys are really good!0
