Pc world claim my PC got lost in transit.

Lovely advisor though, I got an email Friday 11am, confirming my dispatch and tracking number, tracking number shows as "shipment data recieved" but still shows that today, Yesterday I phone up and am told by DHL parcel hasnt been picked up, and is awaiting collection from PC World warehouse, PC world say it has been collected but they arent 100% sure as they installed a new computer system Friday so some orders are delayed.

Advisor today is nice, looks into it for me, phones DHL calls back and says item lost in transit, may still turn up, but best to get a refund.

I say I really want the PC, and she says I can search for an alternative, she finds one but its £60 more, she says she will speak to her supervisor and get them to knock £40 off, so for £20 more, I have a PC with Vista Premium, bigger hard drive, and a graphics card.

I think its now a good deal as I can sell graphics card for at least £10-£15

I already own a better graphics card than the one included, and it has integrated anyway.

The complaint is, this is just the latest in a long line of problems, I bought a PC before it was DOA, had to remove cover and change ram slots, and it kept crashing.

Sent it back, waited 2 weeks, told it was unrepairable, and I was getting a replacement, waited a week, told they had none in stock, got refund but they forgot to add postage costs, then I found out they did have stock in, had to reorder, then waited a week cancelled order as I saw a better one. They sent me PC a few days later even admitted I cancelled order and it showed as cancelled on systems, now the PC I do want is lost in transit despite numerous phone calls confirming it was sent and not lost etc.

Im just worried shes going to phone back and say she cant give me the discount leaving me with no PC. lol.
