I your carpet has a deep pile then they will not work as good as if it were a berber carpet.

Yes that's my point, the sample he showed us was that black (well from memory it was actually white), foot thing with holes in, as per their video. At no point were we shown the sticky pad version!

I would not say our carpet is deep pile no.
