Help with credit soft search

My housemate has asked me to find a good credit card deal for her as she doesn't really know where to start. I put her information in the soft search in this site and it says the following:
"Unfortunately, we have not been able to find your details at the Credit Bureau. Please check and try again."
Can anyone shed any light on what this means for her?

Haha!! Good shout Bugsy!! I do have some friends who are very young and naive when it comes to finance, computers, life etc!! Yorkshire Boy, I'll check when she gets back if she's on the electoral register, but I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if she wasn't. She certainly won't be at this address as we only moved in 2 weeks ago.0
