    I'd be hanging on to my sick pay thanks. And really for the sake of £170 a year do you want to become a marked man?

    not sure why you think id be a marked man if they agreed to that pay increase

    waiting for reply from hr, but will probably reject pay rise at the amount theyve offered if it means giving up sick pay entitlement

    Have you worked out what it is you are fighting for re sick pay?

    because if i get what others are getting for working those shifts and work an extra hour a month i will get an extra 340 a year

    12hr on the new rate is £170 so £14.17ph £26745

    £170 rise on 35hrwk 9.3pph on 40hr 8.2pph lest say
