Help and Advice Needed

Hi Everybody
I have been selling stuff on ebay now for about three years. Last week I sold a talking plush toy .

The toy worked fine and did not have a mark on it as my daughter had not really played with it. Before I packed it I double checked once again and he worked fine.

The buyer has opened a case to say the toy does not work and that there child has nearly eaten a metal ring from the toy.

Any advice would be really helpful as I have 600 positive feedback and have never received any bad feedback because I really would not sell something if it did not work.

Take care

Tell buyer to return item tracked for a full refund. That is what they will be told if they go to paypal.

Even though I assume it was sold as used it doesn't matter whether it was working when it left you, if it doesn't work now then buyer can have a refund.

I should think so because it was a Disney toy.

I think the child has bit a hole were you press for the toy to talk and the little piece of metal has come out.

Did you buy it from a Disney shop. Was their an age guidance
  • Thanks for all your replies.

I think we did buy it from the Disney Store but I cannot say if it had an age on it. I really cannot remember.
