KandCo problem :-(

Hello
I recently returned two items to kandco, but they are yet to recieve them. I sebt them about 2-3 weeks ago. The problem is I dont have proof of the return. One was via the post office n the via the courier. I cannot find my post office receipt (stupid I know), n dont remember the couriee giving me one.
They are saying theres nithing they can do n I will be charged for the items.
Im so annoyed with myself for not keeping the receipts :-(
Is there anything I can do?

I wouldn't have thought so as without any proof you could well have kept them as far as the retailer knows.
It may be difficult with the PO one, but could the courier not trace the parcel that you gave them? Do they not require a signature on delivery?0
