To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:
· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 9777 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 65433 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) Tickets to the X Factor Final (the “Final”) for the winner and up to three companions plus a two night stay in London including:

· Four tickets for the winner and three companions to attend the Final at Wembley Arena on Saturday 14 December 2013 and Sunday 15 December 2013. The winner’s companions must be aged 12 years or over to attend. The winner and their companions will need to bring ID to gain admission to the Final. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take up the prize on the relevant dates.
· Standard return rail travel for the winner and their companions from the UK mainland station nearest to each individual to London. If the winner and/or any of their companions are residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland return economy flights to London will be included. Transfers between the train station/airport and the hotel (details provided below) will also be provided. The winner and their companions must be available to travel on 14 December 2013 and 16 December 2013 and no other dates are available.
· Hotel accommodation for two nights on Saturday 14 December 2013 and Sunday 15 December 2013 for the winner and their companions at the Hilton London Wembley on a bed and breakfast basis based on four people sharing two twin or double rooms. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that the Final does not take place on the relevant dates, or that the Final does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes transportation between the winner’s and their companions’ home addresses to the UK mainland station or airport (as applicable) nearest to the winner’s and their companions’ home addresses, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

c) A car

A MINI Cooper S 1.6, Midnight Black with Leather Lounge-Carbon Black, previously owned by Sharon Osbourne, including road tax for a minimum period of 6 months and no less than £10 of fuel.

The car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within 3 months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name (the “Nominated Person”) subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

The winner or Nominated Person will be fully responsible for the car from the date of delivery and must comply with all DVLA registration requirements in order to effectively transfer ownership of the car from the Prize Provider to the winner/Nominated Person. Such registration requirements must be completed as soon as possible and in any event within any time limits set by the DVLA (or other relevant organisation).

Should the winner/Nominated Person decide to sell the car in the future, they agree not to publicise that Sharon Osbourne previously owned the car.
