Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour.0 -
In previous years they have provided us with an alternative link in which to enter through when things have gone t!ts up before..... I have emailed and also contacted customer services via twitter to make them aware. https://twitter.com/@Times_CS I suggest you bombard them here so they get it fixed sharpish... I cannot see a response from them re: problem so the more people on board nagging I would hope may be fixed for the 1pm draw *wishful thinking* :P good luck all

Just used the Times live chat thingy. They say that they know there is a technical issue, they are trying to fix it and try again later. I have asked about the draws missed and they just say it is the same for everyone.0

I had the same- they told me they 'are aware of the technical issue and it has been reported to the technical department'.0 -
