same terms as previous comps eg:
Terms and Conditions apply. The competition starts at 09.00 on November 2, 2013 and closes at 20.59 on November 2, 2013. One entry per person.You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible for entry. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour. There will be one winner per hour and 12 winners for the competition. Each hour will run from XX.00 to XX.59

They've done this before, they ran a one off comp last time and they must not have reset that part.

We're all getting it I think it's just they will take all names entered through out day and draw the twelve winners from all entries
