The more I've thought about it the more I'm left angry.
I've decided if the Jobcentre can't help I will raise a claim for hours worked last week, I imagine I'll need to write a formal grievance letter to the would be employer, I really just want to ask Why, they had every opportunity to decline me
Surely you would know if someone wasn't right for a job? nearly 2 hrs spent before you then suggest a trial period which becomes some sort of wasted extension to be told your to nice and you've done the honourable thing carp, then to hear after you've got rid of the people you want, you can tell the rest of the recruits it's ok it takes time to learn a new job!!! the director did walk in I heard after I left the building but I only ever have his first name, so ashamed I let this go on, never had words put in my mouth before just a situation I've never been in just that feeling of complete helplessness, I wanted to do something silly last night trying hard to think least it has eased some pain from last job?

I think it has something to do with this - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4810525=
but I am not entirely sure I follow this thread either.
OP, what has anything got to do with the JobCentre? And if you agreed a work trial unpaid, then how can you now raise a claim for pay?0
