Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted unless the entry is by a parent or legal guardian entering on behalf of their child. Joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Competition entry to us. 6. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The Competition closes at 23.59 on November 22 2013. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
8. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
9. Two winners will each receive a ticket (worth £300) for the Robotics Fire Tech Camp (the "Camp") held at Imperial College, London from 16-20 December 2013. The Camp lasts for 3 hours per day from either 09.30 to 12:30 or from 14:00 to 17:00 (the winners may choose their preferred session). GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. The prize does not include travel to or from the Camp - entrants will therefore have to make their own travel arrangements. Parents or legal guardians of entrants may be required to sign a form prior to the entrant being able to attend the Camp. The winners will not be accompanied by an adult during the Camp.
10. The winners will be notified by the organisers of the Camp by email on or before 25 November 2013 and given details of how to claim their prize. Due to the time limited nature of the prize, if a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (and that winner will have to respond within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
