an enhanced CRB did ask for warning but again, they have to be official warnings and not just 'don't do that again', warnings.0

Can I also point out that a lot of people cross at traffic lights when light is red but this is never frown upon - reality is that its the same as a cyclist and the pedestrian is in fact a barrier to the traffic.
Though I appreciate your point.
Would a crb ask for warnings to be disclosed?
Cheers

What was your emergency?
Pedestrians don't need to adhere to red lights.0 -

I bet getting stopped by the bobby delayed you in your 'emergency' a lot longer than waiting for the green light would have done!
Pedestrians are pedestrians, cyclists are road users and they have to follow the rules of the road. If you want to be a pedestrian, get off and push!0 -
I dont need to discuss the emergency.
Arent pedestrians road users when they cross, clearly if they are hit when light is red the motorist is in the wrong!0 -

No, they're pedestrians, hence walking across the road, not driving or cycling on the road. Of course the moronic motorist running a red light and running someone over is in the wrong.
You're very lucky, to chose to put yourself and others in danger by going through a red light, I also think you're incredibly lucky that you didn't get a caution.0 -

You don't. Pretty obvious it wasn't an emergency. If it was the Police Officer would have taken you to where ever you needed to be and not given you a warning.
You broke the law needlessly, you are lucky you got off with a warning and nothing more.0
