ScS absolutely joke!

My mum purchased a sofa and chair from ScS. After 2 days they had to come out and redo the arms on them as they had started to crinkle. The same has happened since. We had someone come out and look at the furniture who said there was no manufacturer problem. The back of the sofa is sagging and the cushions look thread bare. Went to the shop who said off the record there is a problem with the furniture. Got back home to find a message from the manager who had commented telling me I must have misunderstood him the cheeky so and so. Wrote to head office asking for a full refund and saying we would go to a small claim court. They have said that it is basically tough as they have a report saying there is no fault. The furniture looks about 3 years old and in reality it is 2 months old. We were also mis sold the insurance for the protection they said it had scotch guard on the cushions. It's does not. We were on holiday so it had expired where we could cancel it. Hope people read this before going to the shop. My mum has been treated awfully and wish we could get a refund and take the furniture back to them. Don't buy from them!!!
