SodaStream UK Official Sponsors of Saturday Night In Competition T&Cs
1. The promoter of this promotional Competition (the "Competition") is SodaStream UK of trading address 3 Francis Court, Fen Ditton, Cambridge, CB5 8TE (the "Promoter"). The Prize Draw will be administered for and on behalf of the Promoter by a third party, 1000heads Limited of trading address 41-44 Great Windmill Street, London W1D 7NB (the "Promoter's Administrator").
2. The Competition will run from 20.00 GMT on Tuesday 6th November 2013 to 12.00am GMT on Saturday 23rd November 2013 (inclusive).
3. The Competition is open to UK residents (all entrants must have and provide if requested a full UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands postal address), aged over 18. Proof of age may be required. The Competition is not open to employees or an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, the Promoter's Administrator or their agents, or any other person who is directly connected with this promotion.
4. Entry into the Competition is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in a prize being forfeited.
5. The Competition can be entered on one of the following platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.
6. To enter the Competition on Facebook entrants must A) Like the SodaStream UK Facebook page; B) Post a comment or picture on the SodaStream UK Facebook wall explaining or showing what their perfect Saturday night in is; and C) Use the hashtag #SodaSaturday.
7. To enter the Competition on Twitter entrants must A) Follow SodaStream UK on Twitter; B) Upload a Tweet with either text, an image or both, explaining or showing what their perfect Saturday night in is; and C) Use the hashtag #SodaSaturday.
8. To enter the Competition on Pinterest, entrants must A) Follow SodaStream UK on Pinterest; B) Pin an image showcasing their perfect Saturday night in or create a board with different images showing their perfect Saturday night in; and C) Use the hashtag #SodaSaturday.
9. To enter the Competition on Instagram, entrants must A) Follow SodaStream UK on Instagram; B) Post an image showing their perfect Saturday night in; and C) Use the hashtag #SodaSaturday.
10. The Competition can only be entered through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest; entries via third parties will not be accepted. No purchase necessary.
11. No limit to the number of entries per person per day per channel. (CAN PEOPLE FIX THIS? PROGRAMMES FOR FIXING ENTRIES ETC….)
12. The Promoter and the Promoter's Administrator accept no responsibility for technical problems relating to posts.
13. By entering the Competition, the Entrants give their consent for the Promoter to use, repost and share part or totality of the content of their entry on all legitimate SodaStream UK social platforms and the Promoter’s website.
14. Five winners (the “The Winners”) will be randomly selected by the Promoter's Administrator from all valid entries within four hours of the Competition closing. Winners will be notified via a message or comment on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest or Instagram (the “Message”) on the date the Competition closes.
15. Any entries that are deemed to be offensive or derogatory will not be considered valid entries.
16. The prize (the “Prize”) includes SodaStream product and selected party items related to your theme, up to the value of £700. Exact items will be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion. The Winner must be available to hold their party on Saturday 30th November between 18:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT.
17. One Winner will be selected at random to receive a visit from the appointed talent (the “Talent”) on Saturday 30th November 2013 between 18:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT. It is anticipated the talent will be there for up to an hour. The Winner will not be notified in advance.
18. Winners must provide a full name, a full postal address, email address, telephone number, confirmation of date of birth, and be available to hold their party on Saturday 30th November 2013, to be eligible to receive their prize.
19. If within two days of the date the Message being sent by the Promoter's Administrator has had no contact from the Winner/s to claim the Prize, then the Promoter has the right to pick another winner from all valid entries. Non-winners will not be notified.
20. The selection of the Winners is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the Promoter’s Administrator and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Prizes will be dispatched on Friday 29th November 2013. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter and the Promoter's Administrator will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the prize beyond their control.
22. The Winners will be required to consent to the Talent entering their home with associated members of the Promoter and Promoter’s Administrator’s team.
23. The Winners will be required to consent to photographs and video footage to taken of themselves and their home for use as part of the Promoter’s marketing materials. The Promoter will assume lifetime ownership of all footage and photography.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify or offer an alternative prize in whole or part of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if, in its sole discretion, the prize is not capable of being issued.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if the Promoter deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice.
27. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity associated with this Competition.
28. All participants acknowledge and accept that, in the course of entering the Competition and/or claiming a Prize, certain information about them ("Personal Data") will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transferred to the Promoter, the Promoter's Administrator and any other third parties associated with the Competition. By submitting an entry to the Competition all participants expressly agree to: (i) the transfer of Personal Data to the Promoter, the Promoter's Administrator and any other third parties associated with the Competition for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with the administration of the Competition; and (ii) the transfer of Personal Data to the Promoter for the purpose of providing participants with information (including by email and social media) on products or services that they may request from the Promoter or which the Promoter feels may be of interest to them ("Promotional Information") unless participants have indicated an objection to receiving the Promotional Information.
29. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although the Promoter will do its best to protect Personal Data, it cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data transmitted to it and any transmission is at your own risk.
30. The Promoter, including the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of the Promoter, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The Promoter does not attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws.
31. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
32. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on all matters. Correspondence will not be entered into. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference.
