Making regular payments between A&L accs

We have several A&L accounts, but i have just tried to set up regular monthly payments to our 2 savings accounts (11 digit number) but i am told by the online banking screen that i can do a one off transfer but not a regular payment, is this normal?

I am just looking to "automate" everything, obviously i could still do it manually if i had to.

Anybody know of a solution?

I haven't tried to manually set one up myself, but do have automatic payments going out to a regular saver that was configured by the A&L, so it should be possible. I'd ask them.

(Sorry if this post pops up twice but my connection dissappeared).
Anyway click on "set up a standing order" and it will give you the choice.
Remember you have to use an account number of 00000000 and then the reference is where you add your 11 digit savings account number.

Will the OP lose any interest doing it that way? Because manual transfers are instant (well sub 24 hours). From the brief time I had an A&L current and savings account that were not linked, I seem to recall this method of transfer taking 3 working days, even internally.
