Yep, looks good, pop-ups should be gone.

Run otm again and click the cleanup button.

Run adwcleaner and click uninstall

Create a restore point: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/create-a-restore-point

Then delete all but the most recent restore point: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/delete-a-restore-point

...and you're done!
