I used my Galaxy 3 when I applied and only saw the online apply here and as the cost was inline with the passport cost I thought this would be quick. Once I paid and got home and logged into my PC at home I discovered what had happened.
I phoned and could only leave a message. Sent emails and all that I received is to allow 14 days for caool off period which then would lead to as their term states as service provided to which they have not done anything---- Amazing how companies get away with this .
The worst is I did this for two passports.....:(:(

It's amazing that people don't look to see which URL they've connected to.
!.....................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

OP, which website did you use?
You tell us here that it was passport-uk.co.uk, being the title of this thread, but your other post is on a thread entitled UK-passport.net.
I can see why you might have problems finding the official site.0 -
passport-uk.co.uk has a seriously POOR WOT rating... ALARM BELLS WOULD HAVE GONE OFF FOR ME... Such a dodgy looking website0

Yeah, "even" the Mirror.
I guess the Daily Mail will catch up in a couple of years.
I'm not sure why the OP started this thread when he'd already posted the same thing earlier on this long thread:
