Anyone up on the S/O leases?

I'm stressing majorly here..ok:
I'm a childminder and we are due to buy a S/O house after 7 years it's a dream come true but we were refused one on an apartment because of my job and it being an apartment i worry constantly now even thought his will be a house.
The woman who interviewed us knows what i do BUT i dont want to keep mentionng it and tempting fate..i'm dreading signing the paperwork to see a bit that may say something and we have done all this for nothing..does anyone know if there is a clause for working from home?
Also i have rung ofsted who govern me, they have said unless i can get access to the property before the inspector comes round i will maybe lose 4 weeks pay as i'm not able to work till they come round..great eah..i dont again want to ring the Housing association and start anything up even though i dont think, HOPE they can't do anything...Sorry for the ramble but wish this was all over!
