The winning entrant will win a six-night ski holiday for two in the Sierra Nevada, Spain. The prize comprises: • Six nights 3-star accommodation on a half-board-plus basis;
• Welcome drinks;
• Lunch provided on the slopes;
• Seven-day lift passes;
• Equipment hire;
• A night snowshoeing excursion;
• Daily passes for the El Mirlo Blanco recreation park; and
• Seven-day parking in the resort.
9. The prize does not include travel, transfers, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest each have a valid passport and appropriate travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
10. The prize is valid for outward travel on Monday, returning the following Sunday during the following periods:
• January 6 to February 2;
• March 10 to April 13; and
• April 21 to April 27, 2014.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.

but Morzine is in the Alps on the French side of Portes du Soleil ski area not the Sierra Nevada range - fab place to ski! Just checked the details and I think they've posted the wrong Terms and Conditions for the prize holiday.

Cheers for the spot.It must be an error on their part as that is what the terms link leads to.

I thought it might a mix up with this but they do not match.

If they change please post the new ones up.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Snow and Trek Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via https://www.telegraph.co.uk/ski and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Snow and Trek Prize Draw Winner, Ski Magazine, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between January 6, 2013 and February 5, 2014.
5. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday January 5, 2014.
6. The winner will be contacted within 10 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. The winning entrant will win a seven-night holiday for up to six people in a Snow and Trek Beziere Chalet in Morzine in the French Alps. The prize comprises:
• Seven nights accommodation on a self-catering basis;
• Private transfers between Geneva airport and the resort; and
• six-day Portes du Soleil lift passes and equipment hire for six.
9. The prize does not include travel, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest each have a valid passport and appropriate travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
10. The prize is valid for travel between March 7 and March 31, 2014
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
13. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Snow and Trek Limited..
