I desperately need some help from the Elite please. :o

I took DD3 shopping couple months back as she had been researching a new winter coat online for xmas. So she tried it on for size and colour in H & M, and I have had it on order (as used discount codes) for well over a month and they finally decide to tell me today they can't fufill. :(

And to add insult to injury it is sold out in surrounding stores in 25 mile area in the colour she wants.

It's this one does anyone know anywhere that may sell something very similar I am pretty sure she had her heart set on the khaki colour. I feel such a bad mum for not buying it when she tried it on. :o

    Xmas Saver!
Has just had a thought. Seeing as I did not buy any crackers in January, I have decided to buy some from the pound shop and then carefully empty them and replace the treats with some of the cheap china stuff from amazon that is floating about.

some say its great for fire wood, but I like the post that says
labernum is a pretty rare timber and you would have got a lot more money for it

totally agree my older brother was killed on a bike on the road by a car over taking. it was a long time ago but i hate my boys going on the roads, luckily we have a lot of cycle paths they use

Have you tried opening IE/safari when you are in store as both T and A require you to click on a button to accept their t&c when using their wifi (every bleedin time )

If it doesn't come up automatically I open a web page (usually mse ;)) and that 'forces' it to open

Edit forgot to say good morning everyone :D

Thanks, pk04. :T Will try it next time that I visit.
  • Just popping on to tell you I have posted a code

for £10 off Charles Tyrwhitt to 8 Dec 13 Came with my Esquire subscription - it's valid for £10 off 'no matter what you spend'

They do v. good smart shirts, socks etc. Some things are under £10 ...but you do have to pay P&P.

(But I imagine the very clever people here can get to work on that minor obstacle.)

I find the gifts in the crackers a bit naff, even when they are supposedly the expensive ones so last year I slipped a lottery scratch card into each one too.
