T's BNI curries have finally showed up in my store. Has anyone got them recently to see if they're still comparing? If I remember it was korma and jalfrezi. Blooming freezing up here today so will be later till I can get to store. Thanks."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

good morning all:)
i would have bought them at this price, when i saw them the special offer was reduced to £20 each from £25:cool:
They were getting rid of short dated ones (end nov 13) at Grand Designs hence the cheap offer but apparently if I remember rightly what the guy told me, it was the first batch that had ever gone OOD as new line and they had to be extra cautious how long it would keep. Might have been sales spiel but I think mine will be fine for Christmas, it is in a cool larder.
I did not get any chocolate extras with mine just the drink itself. I did notice at IDH they were actually doing gift packs with the chocolate cups in but guess they were quite expensive.0 -

You seem to get picked on a bit aau. We sure do rely on you for help with workings (and other things too coz you're lovely) but you're not my Dad last time I checked!
My parents are the only people I listen to when it comes to money matters. It's unfair to portray aau as some kind of 'pied-piper of glitches' leading us all into a sea of ruin.
And even worse to suggest that because of his job he has some kind of duty to protect us from ourselves/know better. What he does for work is neither here nor there.
Well said EMMAP, unfortunately on here the more you help some folk the more they will throw it back in your face at a later date! and as aau1 has replied, it's not worth getting embroiled in a barney with them...."He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

Might have to wait a few months for that.
Not sure how quickly bungalow will sell but solicitor did tell me yesterday market is buoyant now. And properties from deceased estates they were dealing with that were not selling Easter time have finally sold so he reckoned new stock will be sought after.0 -

Night shift may have gone off duty but choc is really easy to melt in the microwave. I use silicone moulds, pop choc in them, melt a bit, then use spoon to coat sides of moulds. They peel off nicely after choc is cold in fridge. Dark choc looks stunning w strawberries inside. Not sure what best winter filling might be.
I am glad you posted Picasso, I have just remembered I have quite a few of those red silicone moulds that came with the anchor butter packs that were £2.50 earlier this year. A little bigger than I was thinking but they will hold more of that key lime vodka. :T0
