Oh they're definitely anything except "stupid". They are tactically set by the stores and are very clever. We just need not to go for these items now but to have bought them earlier, at the right time (if needed), like I did:p:p:rotfl:.

Apologies for cutting out all the sport-related stuff from your post - it isn't that I'm not interested in it!:)

    Don't apologise Savvy.

Here's my S shop from this PM.

    Used £6 off a £30 spend and a

    BM of £9.19

Came to £30.79 and actually paid £15.60

    Received another BM of £9.80
    Because of the following

    Dolmio 2 for £3 in S. £2 in A
    Mayo £3.60 in S . £2 in A
    Oykos £2.20 in S . £1 in A
    Brandy £17 in S . £11 in A
Bought ham and cycling mag too and received another BM for £9.80 which will be great for next weeks nectar double up.

Still another 2 weeks of £6 off £30 shops and my Christmas booze cupboard is starting to look really healthy. Brandy great for sauces ....Rose Marie, brandy butters and custards, feeding cake and puddings:)

So pleased I don't have any 1p/4p items - the world ain't ready to see my legs plus I stopped shaving them two weeks ago for winter ;):D:rotfl:

Going to join midwinter in trying to spend very little in the coming weeks and live out of freezer/ cupboards. Could be interesting...... Think I need to find a book - 101 things to do with chicken - I might end up looking like a chicken :rotfl:

Can't wait to see how tomorrow will unfold  Hoping for something good........
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
