Are we reading the same post?

    Or am I missing something?

I can't read that as a mickey taking comment

Depends if you have your eyes open or noT. There have been plenty of warnings that were shot down. 'Spending' £1000 in a month is clearly asking for trouble. It's not like the £1000 was hard cash. Made up of apgs no doubt. Most on here think it's ok and nothing wrong was done yet I am certain if a less popular poster had posted the sme thing, they would have had a bevy of told you so.
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

While its quiet, thought I might ask for some help. I have been charged with looking for a new desktop computer for somebody (dunno why, Im not exactly knowledgeable in this area) and wondered if anyone had seen any bargains. What it must be able to do.......

Be reasonably quick in its actions
    Be able to write CD's
Have some sort of word processing software to print out leaflets
    Thats about it really.

    Cheers for any guidance. :)

Don't ask me, I bought an applemac as OH said I could not have one... it does none of the above! But is quick on the internet and looks pretty.... in fact random people have come up to me and stroked it! Scary.....;);)

It's ok, I was reading it in a more general "any store could ban any one of us for any reason" which is true

I get where you're coming from now though
