You shouldnt be put off, personal taste is, well, personal, for QC folk too.
I'm frankly amazed that anyone thinks Cobra is crap, considering its stable mate Carling. But then again, personal taste and all that.

I was being literal, as in

QC guy 1: "does this taste like a crap to you?"
QC guy 2: "yup, sure does"
QC guy 1 "Great, that's what we're going for. Let's bottle it"

While its quiet, thought I might ask for some help. I have been charged with looking for a new desktop computer for somebody (dunno why, Im not exactly knowledgeable in this area) and wondered if anyone had seen any bargains. What it must be able to do.......

Be reasonably quick in its actions
    Be able to write CD's
Have some sort of word processing software to print out leaflets
    Thats about it really.

    Cheers for any guidance. :)

I didn't put any words into your mouth, princess. I simply replied to what you said.

Jimmy, you must do what is right for you - but, personally, I can't see the point of getting all confrontational and pretty much daring the supermarkets to come down on you. Many of us prefer a quieter, less stressful approach and go down the 'slowly slowly catchee monkey' route . It works for me - but I freely admit that i do not play strictly by the rules, I am just a careful.

Any shop is quite within their rights to refuse to treat with anyone, p!ss them or their manager off and they will ban you, simples.
