I took my Oh to sada yesterday to use up and apg for £13.08, I think I was trouted. I gave over the apg voucher and she said that it would have to be checked. Another member of staff with a walkie talkie came over took the voucher and mumbled something into the radio.
My OH asked what the problem was, the cashier said because the value is NOT on the barcode on the voucher it has to be queried.
The voucher was accepted.
Please can someone to tell me why the value was not on the barcode.0 -

The barcode only matches up to £9.99, anything over that has to be manually inputI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
