A few years ago we let the grandparents have DS for a week. We showed them how to put the booster seat in the front seat (this was before rear seatbelts) and how to fasten the seatbelt over it and him properly etc. We went back to collect him and found the booster seat in the back seat. I exploded, demanded to know how he would have fared had they had to stop fast etc, the MIL said he was safer in the back seat than the front, and she always sat next to him and would have held him. NO you would have crushed him or he would have been catapaulted over the front seat through the windscreen :mad::mad::mad:
I still come over all cold when I think about what could have happened.
They could not understand why he was not allowed down the following year, but strangely we let them have the kids again once they had a car with rear seat belts and had been lectured about fastening them in properly.

I am currently with Sky with capped broadband with a discounted deal but sometimes:rotfl::rotfl:go over my allowance. (Must be getting gobby like some of you lot):D which of course pushes the price up each month I do this.
Anyway, Talk Talk bloke has just offered same package as Sky (anytime, broadband & tv) with a free You View box, free connection etc for £60 per month.
Seems a reasonably good deal - to me
Anybody got any thoughts?
How much is the unlimited deal with Sky? Ours is £67 a month and that includes Sky Sports, so I'd have thought without that it would be about £60 anyway? Have you tried ringing Sky and saying you want to cancel because you go over your broadband allowance? They'd probably offer you unlimited for the same price.0 -
