Talking about Gross misconduct, someone i know had worked at sainsbugs for 23 years, wasnt working and went shopping, the person infront never took there bm she used it and got sacked on the spot:( She should have not given in to temptation
 I might have done that:o:o it was too easy though... Was a low amount (under the limit to ask for assistance) and it was very busy..
I do know that the trolley guys womble vouchers. And my store, tbh knows they do. But we allow it (when I say allow it, I mean turn a blind eye to it)0 -

This should be fed back to her - not acceptable behaviour, and is letting her colleagues down. All companies should have an attendance management policy!
A house divided against itself cannot stand - I love this proverb, and thanks to my lovely family for making me realise that we can get through most things together0 -
Ive never felt so popular with all these BS orders being delivered :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
You should, my DD is over the moon with her massive satsuma set for her pal, £25 is way over her budget and its making me happy to see her so pleased to be able to make someone else happy. Come xmas morning I recon you should feel as pleased with yourself as the man in red. :A:T:T:T0 -
Bubbs, thank you so much, this is the first time I have been online and able to take part in the big BS glitch.
All 5 of our (not just me) orders have arrived, one un opened as yet, 2 body butters out of 4 so far.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

I went to do exactly the same but OOS. So thank you, might try again in the morning.
EDIT Did you use a disguise?
Nope. Strolled in bold as brass expecting to grapple with security guard. Nobody even noticed me. LOL (no need for that burka in the end). Still keeping my head down. Will only go to far away asdas to spend the remainder of my APgs.

I bet you can't wait for santa to come!!;):eek:Claire1972 wrote: »Totally agree with this, if this had happened where I work feedback would have been given straight away and the person responsible would of been hauled into the office and probably put on some sort of behavioural plan!!!!
It was disrespectful and thoughtless but more than likely unintentional and judging by the email the lady in question regrets her actions and feels incredibly guilty but come on behavioural plan and gross misconduct? please? we've all made mistakes at work haven't we?"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
