Need help filling in N325 form

Nearly there... just need to fill in N325 form
I need some clarification...
Background:
- The tenant has already paid me the court costs + bailiff fee relating to the N325 (she purposely needed the bailiff notice to get onto council list)
- I have a court 'Order for possession' (dated 28/10/13) - expiry was 07/11/13
Questions:
- What are the 'Warrant details'?
Given that she has paid me the above sum mentioned, I assume all fields under this section are zero?
- 'Date of Judgement' and 'Date of possession' - I assume these are the same dates mentioned above?
Also:
- What happens to the outstanding balance owed for the rent? She's upto date - referring the amount that will be owed after the court gives the bailiff date
- What happens if the tenant doesn't pay? This won't happen - she's a good tenant. But... I thought I'd ask just so that I knew
- My rent is due on the 26th of every month. The tenant has last paid on the 26th October. If the court gives a bailiff date before 26th November, does that mean I need to give a pro rata refund? (Assuming no problems and that the tenant leaves on the date)
(Not sure if the answer is obvious - I can't get my head thinking straight at the moment!)
Thanks
JJ
